Procedure
The specification workshop takes place at your premises. We will provide a certified moderator to work with two or more of your own experts. Together we collect all requirements by considering these aspects:
- Regulation (based on government and industry-related standards)
- Safety (based on government and industry-related standards)
- Mechanical requirements
- Manufacturing and quality requirements
- Performance (throughput, usability, security)
- Use cases from the consideration of the complete product life cycle (installation, operation and maintenance)
Ideally we will work jointly with your experts for two to four hours per day. We spend the rest of the day documenting the requirements and checking them for consistency and completeness. In a wrap-up phase we will close potential gaps in the requirements specification.
