Procedure
The basis for series production are your design documents, your test requirements, and your logistics demands. If the design has not yet been completed, our developers will be able to assist you. If needed, the test team will develop the manufacturing-test equipment. In parallel to the design activties, you have the opportunity to use these prototype checks:
- EMC tests (EMI and EMS)
- Mechnical One shot- and long-term stress tests
- Electrical tests
- Climate tests (temperature and humidity)
- Optical checks
- Thermographic checks
The manufacturing of electronics components and complete devices consits of these steps:
- PCB mounting
- Automatic soldering
- Cable packaging
- Assembly-line programming (EEPROM, flash, programmable logic)
- End-of-line test (optical, boundary scan, functional tests, Burn-In)
- Final assembly
