Procedure
We plan the project based on the requirements specification. We check all ways for a productive implemention, including reusing existing solutions. We estimate the development effort and submit a commercial proposal for your evaluation.
In the design phase, the developer team will use its broad experience in the following fields to efficiently design your solution:
- Electronics: analog and digital circuit design, including power electronics (up to 100 Ampere), RF design, signal conditioning for sensor interfaces
- Interfaces: CANopen, CiA, field bus systems, Ethernet, SPI, RS-232, RS-485, WLAN, GSM/GPRS
- Embedded software: software design for microcontrollers (8, 16, 32 bit), also on the basis of Linux, Windows CE and QNX
- PC software: software development including the design of graphical user interfaces using Java, C# and LabView
The design team will also take on the preparations for mass manufacturing. This may also include the involvement of the test team for the development of manufacturing-test devices.
